Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer Diamond Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions of the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, peeling or failing clear coat, cracked or damaged trim, loose components, stained or damaged upholstery, weakened plastics, electronics, or other existing issues. The detailing process may reveal damage or imperfections that were not immediately visible before service. By booking, the customer acknowledges that Diamond Detailing is not responsible for such pre-existing conditions. Cleaning Results Disclaimer Diamond Detailing will make every reasonable effort to achieve the best possible result. However, certain stains, odours, pet hair, embedded debris, scratches, paint imperfections, and other conditions may not be completely removable. Results can vary depending on the age, condition, material, previous cleaning attempts, and severity of the contamination or damage. No specific result can be guaranteed. Delicate & Damaged Materials Disclaimer Diamond Detailing takes reasonable care when working with all vehicle materials. However, aged, brittle, deteriorated, previously damaged, improperly repaired, or weakened materials may fail or deteriorate during the cleaning process. This may include plastics, trim, headliners, leather, vinyl, fabric, buttons, switches, adhesives, coatings, and other interior or exterior components. Diamond Detailing is not responsible for failure resulting from the pre-existing condition of such materials. Personal Belongings & Garbage Policy Clients are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before service. Diamond Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle. Clients are also responsible for removing garbage and recycling that is not small enough to be picked up by a vacuum. Items that interfere with the detailing process may be moved or placed in a designated area within the vehicle and there may be additional charges.
