Diamond+ Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions Effective Date: September 21, 2026 Diamond+ is the customer loyalty program offered by Diamond Detailing. By joining or participating in Diamond+, you agree to the following terms and conditions. “Points” are referred to as “Diamonds” 1. Earning Diamonds Members earn 1 Diamond+ Diamond for every $1 spent on eligible services. Diamonds are calculated based on the final eligible service total before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated and added to the client's account within 24 hours. Diamonds cannot be earned on gift cards, tips, taxes, discounts, or other excluded purchases. Diamond Detailing may offer promotional opportunities to earn additional Diamonds from time to time. 2. Bonus Diamonds Our 1-Year Ceramic and 3-Year Ceramic Packages are eligible for 2x the regular Diamonds, before taxes, after any applicable discounts. Referral Bonus Diamonds are applied to the account of the referring client within 24 hours of the referred client completing payment of their service. Review Bonus Diamonds are added to the client's account within 24 hours after leaving a review on our Google page. If the client’s username on Google differs from their username in Diamond+, they must contact us to let us know, otherwise Diamonds may not be applied. 3. Redeeming Rewards Diamond+ Diamonds may be redeemed for eligible rewards offered by Diamond Detailing. Current reward value is 5% toward eligible future services, subject to any applicable redemption requirements. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotions, discounts, or other offers unless Diamond Detailing allows otherwise. Rewards have no cash value. 4. Membership Diamond+ membership is free unless otherwise stated. Each customer may maintain only one Diamond+ account. Diamonds and rewards are intended for the individual member who earned them and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. Diamond Detailing reserves the right to correct Diamonds balances resulting from errors, refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent activity. 5. Refunds & Cancellations If a purchase that generated Diamond+ Diamonds is refunded, cancelled, or otherwise reversed, the corresponding Diamonds may be removed from the member’s account. 6. Points & Rewards Expiration Diamond Detailing may establish or change expiration periods for Diamonds or rewards. Any applicable expiration terms will be communicated to members. 7. Program Changes Diamond Detailing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Diamond+ at any time. Changes may include adjustments to earning rates, reward values, eligible services, or other program rules. Reasonable notice may be provided when practical. 8. Account Abuse Diamond Detailing may suspend or terminate a Diamond+ account and cancel associated Diamonds or rewards if it determines that the program has been used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms. 9. Program Termination If Diamond+ is discontinued, unused Diamonds and rewards may be forfeited after the program termination date unless otherwise stated by Diamond Detailing. 10. Agreement By participating in Diamond+, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Diamond Detailing reserves the right to interpret and administer the Diamond+ program and these terms at its discretion.
